We hope to provide the information and services you require for the timely and proper installation of your display. The Exhibitor's Manual is a complete guide to ensure your successful operation at the Exhibition.

Please read this manual to familiarize yourself with all its contents including the following: Exhibition Regulations, Service Order Forms and General Information in most cases, it should take you less than an hour to read and understand the display rules and to complete the order forms. Processing these forms at your earliest convenience will allow us and our service contractors to provide you with the best possible assistance.

To make things easier, we have included some very important planning schedule deadlines for you to review before you begin to look through the enclosed material. Please take the time to do so as this will help to minimize your costs.

Should you be utilizing anyone not employed by your company (e.g.: Exhibit & design houses, technicians, installation and dismantling companies etc ...), or anyone not listed as an official vendor of the Exhibition, please take a moment to read this manual in order to familiarize yourself with independent contractor regulations and authorization forms.
